As you all probably know. Zach has been sick for well over a week now. It started with a double ear infection and now has turned into a reoccuring fever that has lasted since Sunday now. Our poor little guy is fighting it though. He is drinking plenty and active when the fever finally breaks. We miss our Natalie though, we have to keep her away from Zach because of how sick he has been.
Here are his eighteen month stats:
Height - 34 inches - 97%
Weight - 25.7 (The doctors want to keep an eye on this because he only gained a few ounces since his last visit but they understand he has been sick.
Head 48cm - 75% percentile

Natalie and Zach visit Santa
We decided to go see Santa before the huge crowds hit the malls this Christmas. I know we haven't eaten our turkey yet but I feel so much better knowing this is over. :) I was nervous that Zach would freak out when we put him on Santa's lap but he did just fine. Natalie shared her beautiful smile, as usual!

Zach takes flight
Zachary and I had an adventure this past weekend. We drove to Baltimore to get on a plane to Buffalo to see our friends Adrienne, Dan, Lincoln and Clara. Zach did great on the planes. I couldn't have asked for a better first flight for him! (I think he's just like his mommy and loves to travel already.) We had a great time with the Sankers and are so grateful that they invited us to visit.
Here he is looking at the big planes. He was excited!
Here we are outside the Fisher Price Store and Museum
Here are Zach and Lincoln having fun on the swings.

Phinally!!!
Wow. It took 25 years but I finally got to see my first parade. It was stressful and interesting at the same time! Oh yeah, Pam and Natalie went as well! :) Here are some of the pictures and video!
We waited in line for nearly 45 minutes just to buy tickets at Woodcrest Station into the city. Words cannot describe how lucky we were getting a parking spot. The parking lot was completely packed with people driving around looking for spots. Lucky for us, someone was pulling out when we got there. At one point someone was arrested for trying to hold a parking spot by standing in it. It got reallly ugly!
Here is a picture of the line we had to wait in.

This is the huge line that was behind us.

Packed in the train like sardines.

We arrived at the parade about ninety minutes before the parade started and we decided to setup shop at Broad and Locust Street.

The crowd was racous and even cheered for trucks driving down the parade route for the sole purpose of cheap advertising.

Alexandra's First Birthday
Zach's cousin, Alex, had her first birthday on October 11th. It was so much fun and there was so much to do! We hope she had a great day! We sure did!
Alex isn't too sure about the hat.
We were hoping she'd dig into the cake, but she was a little lady.
They had a bouncer for the older kids but the younger children got to enjoy it with their moms. It took awhile for Zach to like it.
