Second Summer Vacation - Pictures coming soon!

Once again, Pam, Natalie, Zach and myself went away for another long weekend to have some fun in central Pennsylvania with our friends Dan and Sarah. The meeting place... York PA.

July 24 - The first day we got to York, we checked in and went back to see Dan and Kevin's old stomping grounds, York College of PA. So much had changed! There is a whole other campus over by Country Club Apartments. We started off the tour with Manor West and we even got to see the concrete bunker Kevin called a dorm room for two years. Then we stopped by the Bookstore so we could all get some gear. We viewed some classrooms, the student union, the cafeteria and then rolled past the house I rented my senior year on West Cottage which is a scary, scary place now. We rolled past the new campus and stopped to take some pictures at Country Club Apartments before heading back to the hotel.

July 25 - Hershey Park - Didn't start off the greatest. We probably should have planned a better date. The Jonas Brothers were playing later on that night and the park was overcrowded with an exorbitant amount of pre-teens and lines everywhere, even for rides like the Scrambler. But eventually the crowds died down in late afternoon and we had a blast. There was some drama, however. Zach fell down and scraped his upper lip and his nose on the pavement and it wasn't pretty. Overall we had an awesome time, and everyone had a blast. We look forward to going back!

July 26 - Strasburg Railroad. Luckily the temperature was lower and there was a very nice breeze for our train ride. We also drove by the infamous Shoe house in York which you just have to see in person to get.
